OBJECTIVE: Encrypt the Message.
DESCRIPTION: The previous message have been taken very seriously by the Police department, and they have tasked us to investigate the existence of Coatis in detail. But our intelligence reports are unable to find much info. We have only one option left, and that is to contact one of the sources in the Underworld.
Known only by the alias 'Foma', he/she is a cranky cryptographer, and is crazy in his/her methods and demands. He/she only accepts encrypted requests and sends back the responses in encrypted form as well. But as I mentioned already, this is our only chance. So, you need to encrypt our request message, and submit to us quickly, so that we can contact him/her as soon as possible.
